Summer Varietal Explorations

For three spe­cial Sun­days this sum­mer, Steve Beck­men will take win­ery mem­bers through a curat­ed flight focus­ing on one of our three sig­na­ture red grape vari­eties. Each flight will include an exam­i­na­tion of the grape’s char­ac­ter­is­tics with var­i­ous exam­ples of how it express­es itself across our blocks and vine­yards. The tast­ing adven­ture cul­mi­nates with a library selec­tion to dis­play the aging poten­tial of these fine wines. These explo­rations will take place on the cov­ered patio up at the house and will be accom­pa­nied by cheeses select­ed to best con­trast and com­ple­ment the fea­tured grape of the after­noon. Because these tast­ings are lim­it­ed to 40 peo­ple, each mem­ber­ship is lim­it­ed to 2 seats at one of these events. Signups are first-come, first-served, and the event is free for all mem­bers. All explo­rations start at 1:00 p.m. sharp. 

Grenache will be fea­tured Sun­day, June 26th. Syrah gets its day on Sun­day, July 24th. Caber­net Sauvi­gnon has its turn on Sun­day, August 14th. Atten­dance is free for mem­bers to take part in ONE of the three ses­sions. Space is very lim­it­ed. Please sign up below using the form for your desired session.
