Winemaker Dinner at Pico Los Alamos

Join Steve Beck­men for a rare, inti­mate wine­mak­er din­ner fea­tur­ing his newest wines, 1NGREDIENT, at Pico Los Alam­os on Sat­ur­day, June 17^th at 5pm. This will be the first time his nat­ur­al, ampho­ra fer­ment­ed and aged 1NGREDIENT wines are fea­tured in a wine­mak­er dinner.

Chef Cameron Ingle will cre­ate a four-course meal on the San­ta Maria BBQ to pair with these wines. 

Our mis­sion is to cre­ate inno­v­a­tive food from local ingre­di­ents, care­ful­ly sourced from farm­ers who are com­mit­ted to sus­tain­able, regen­er­a­tive, and humane practices.
