2021 Purisima Mountain Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Knock out vintage of this wine, the 2021 was fermented in stainless steel and aged in one of our amphora (clay pots). Outgoing and complex aromas and flavors of citrus fruits, passionfruit, Fuji apple, and white peach are strikingly clean and vibrant. The clay tightens up the finish of the wine, imparting a minerally quality that pairs beautifully with the intense fruit and leaves a lasting impression on the palate
