2020 SYV Cabernet Sauvignon

This bottling manages to pack in a riper side of Cab than is usually seen in Santa Barbara County, where an herbaceous quality tends to appear. This bottling starts with creamy aromas of purple fruit before landing on a palate full of cassis and violet. Black pepper and polished tannins complete the package.
