Built primarily from biodynamic Grenache grapes on our Purisima Mountain Vineyard, the 2019 Big Hands Red Wine is a classic Cote du Rhone inspired blend of 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah that balances rich fruit with savory, spicy elements for a versatile wine you can enjoy any night of the week. The aromas of grenadine and cherry blossom prepare the palate for a sunny core of fresh raspberry and Rainier cherry supported by notes of fennel, thyme, pink peppercorns, and Darjeeling tea, which are carried along by a refreshing finish of river rock minerality. The supple tannins glide off the tongue, leaving a lingering taste of fresh berries.
