Terms & Policies
Billing
Upon joining, your quarterly Wine Club release will be billed to your credit card and shipped unless otherwise indicated. Prior to billing for subsequent shipments, you will receive an email announcing the featured wines and the ship date. Shipments occur in February, May, September and November, weather permitting.
Cancellations
Cancellation allowed after a minimum of two releases.
Your Privacy
Beckmen Vineyards will not share your information (including email, billing info, and phone number) with anyone. We also use a secure onsite server to ensure safety.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e‑mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WY. Someone 21 years or older with a valid government issued photo ID must be present to sign for delivery. Shipping wine is dependent on fair weather. If the temperature is above 80 degrees or below 35 degrees along the route from our winery to your destination, your order will be held in our cellar until it is safe to send. Please contact us or leave a comment in the Additional Information field at checkout if you are willing to take the risk and would like your wines shipped immediately.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped from our winery containing your tracking number(s). There will be up to 3 delivery attempts; after the third failed attempt the packages(s) will be returned to our winery and we will issue a credit for your merchandise only.
Wine Club Members: Any shipments that are returned, refunded, or shipped to an old address will be reshipped at the member’s expense.
Pick-up Option
You may choose to have your order held for pick-up at Beckmen Vineyards instead of being shipped. An email notification will be sent to you when shipments are available for pickup. Due to limited storage space, wines not picked up within 90 days of notification, unless prior arrangements are made, will be shipped and shipping charges will be applied to the customer’s account.
