Billing

Upon join­ing, your quar­ter­ly Wine Club release will be billed to your cred­it card and shipped unless oth­er­wise indi­cat­ed. Pri­or to billing for sub­se­quent ship­ments, you will receive an email announc­ing the fea­tured wines and the ship date. Ship­ments occur in Feb­ru­ary, May, Sep­tem­ber and Novem­ber, weath­er permitting.

Cancellations

Can­cel­la­tion allowed after a min­i­mum of two releases.

Your Privacy

Beck­men Vine­yards will not share your infor­ma­tion (includ­ing email, billing info, and phone num­ber) with any­one. We also use a secure onsite serv­er to ensure safety.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items with­in 30 days of deliv­ery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return ship­ping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incor­rect or defec­tive item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund with­in four weeks of giv­ing your pack­age to the return ship­per, how­ev­er, in many cas­es you will receive a refund more quick­ly. This time peri­od includes the tran­sit time for us to receive your return from the ship­per (5 to 10 busi­ness days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 busi­ness days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 busi­ness days). If you need to return an item, sim­ply login to your account, view the order using the Com­plete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) but­ton. We’ll noti­fy you via e‑mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to the fol­low­ing states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WY. Some­one 21 years or old­er with a valid gov­ern­ment issued pho­to ID must be present to sign for deliv­ery. Ship­ping wine is depen­dent on fair weath­er. If the tem­per­a­ture is above 80 degrees or below 35 degrees along the route from our win­ery to your des­ti­na­tion, your order will be held in our cel­lar until it is safe to send. Please con­tact us or leave a com­ment in the Addi­tion­al Infor­ma­tion field at check­out if you are will­ing to take the risk and would like your wines shipped immediately. 

You will receive a ship­ment con­fir­ma­tion email once your order has shipped from our win­ery con­tain­ing your track­ing number(s). There will be up to 3 deliv­ery attempts; after the third failed attempt the packages(s) will be returned to our win­ery and we will issue a cred­it for your mer­chan­dise only. Wine Club Mem­bers: Any ship­ments that are returned, refund­ed, or shipped to an old address will be reshipped at the member’s expense.

Pick-up Option

The pick up option is avail­able for local mem­bers who live with­in 100 miles of Beck­men Vine­yards who would like to pick up their ship­ment at Beck­men Vineyards.

An email noti­fi­ca­tion will be sent to you when ship­ments are avail­able for pick­up. Due to lim­it­ed stor­age space, wines not picked up with­in 90 days of noti­fi­ca­tion, unless pri­or arrange­ments are made, will be shipped and ship­ping charges will be applied to the customer’s account.
