Join us for the first evening in our Global Dinner Series, hosted by winemaker Steve Beckmen and presented by Nalla — an immersive celebration of Indian cuisine, culture and wine.

Found­ed in 2016, Nal­la began as a small gath­er­ing of food lovers drawn to South Asian cui­sine and has since grown into a move­ment ded­i­cat­ed to bridg­ing the gap between the wine world and South Asian cul­ture. ​“Nal­la” (pro­nounced Null-ah) is a Tamil word mean­ing aus­pi­cious — a fit­ting name for an evening root­ed in con­nec­tion, tra­di­tion and shared experience.

The evening will take place at the Beck­men family’s vine­yard res­i­dence, where guests will gath­er on the front porch and patio over­look­ing the estate vine­yard as the sun sets. Enjoy a thought­ful­ly curat­ed menu of authen­tic Indi­an cui­sine, paired with Beck­men wines, along­side live clas­si­cal Indi­an music and a spe­cial dance per­for­mance. An inter­ac­tive spice edu­ca­tion will be woven through­out the night, offer­ing deep­er insight into the fla­vors, tra­di­tions and cul­tur­al con­text behind the dishes.

Host­ed by Steve Beck­men, this inti­mate gath­er­ing is designed to be relaxed, engag­ing and trans­portive — more than a wine din­ner, it’s a cul­tur­al expe­ri­ence meant to be savored slow­ly, in good com­pa­ny and in a tru­ly spe­cial setting.
