For more than 35 years, Toscana has been a beloved neigh­bor­hood trat­to­ria in Brent­wood, cel­e­brat­ing the rus­tic, farm-to-table fla­vors of North­ern Italy. A place where gen­er­a­tions have gath­ered over mem­o­rable meals, Toscana is known not only for its cui­sine, but for its warmth — a true home where every guest, famous or not, is treat­ed like family.

The evening opens with a visu­al and sen­so­ry pre­lude: art­ful Ital­ian cros­ti­ni by Dan­vy Pham, a cher­ished mem­ber of the TRG fam­i­ly and a mod­ern renais­sance woman. Equal parts cook, artist, and sto­ry­teller, Dan­vy approach­es food as a medi­um — play­ful, intu­itive, and guid­ed by instinct. Her open­ing bites set the tone for the night: thought­ful, beau­ti­ful, and just a lit­tle unexpected.

From there, the menu unfolds along­side our Rhône-lean­ing line­up, mov­ing from bright­ness and lift to earthy, warm­ing dish­es paired with deep­er, more con­tem­pla­tive Rhône wines.
