2022 EXP 72% Mourvèdre / 28% Grenache Santa Ynez Valley

Distinctive aromas of white pepper, violet, olive tapenade, Bing cherry and red plum, this EXP release really hits on a flavor profile outside of the usual Beckmen range, making it a very cool and exciting release.

Broad and round in the mouth, the tannins are plush and smooth on this wine. Juicy acidity frames an elegant finish where the bright fruit and spice flavors linger. A very cool exploration into Mourvèdre as we delve deeper into this variety in the cellar. This wine is drinking great now.
