2015 TLB

A blend of 85% Caber­net Sauvi­gnon and 15% Syrah, the deep gar­net-pur­ple col­ored 2015 TLB Estate Cuvée has a youth­ful nose of crushed black berries, warm blue­ber­ries and men­thol with touch­es of choco­late box and cedar. Medi­um to full-bod­ied and packed with crunchy, pri­ma­ry black and blue fruits, it has a firm frame of chewy tan­nins and a live­ly back­bone deliv­er­ing a long, struc­tured fin­ish. This one could ben­e­fit from one to two more years in bot­tle and should drink well over the next 15 years+.

2016 Purisima Mountain Vineyard Grenache Block Eight

The 2016 Grenache Block Eight has a pale to medi­um ruby-pur­ple col­or and intense­ly scent­ed nose of ros­es, black rasp­ber­ries, kirsch and pot­pour­ri with a dusty earth and anise back­ground. Full-bod­ied, con­cen­trat­ed and laden with pre­served red berries and spicy lay­ers, it has a vel­vety tex­ture and great length.

2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2015 Caber­net Sauvi­gnon Estate gives a very deep pur­ple-black col­or and nose of crème de cas­sis, black­ber­ry pre­serves, choco­late and cig­ar box with wafts of bay leaves and pen­cil lead. Big, full-bod­ied, rich and seduc­tive, it has a firm frame of grainy tan­nins and a kiss of oak on the long fin­ish. Give it two to three years to mar­ry and open and drink it over the next 10 – 12 years+.

2014 Purisima Mountain Vineyard Block Six Syrah

The 2014 Syrah Block No 6 Purisi­ma Moun­tain has a deep gar­net-pur­ple col­or and nose of warm black cur­rants, black plums, Provence herbs and mul­ber­ries, plus wafts of char­grill, under­brush, bal­sam­ic and Sichuan pep­per. The full-bod­ied palate is volup­tuous­ly fruit­ed and packed with black fruit, herb and spice lay­ers, sup­port­ed by firm, chewy tan­nins and just enough fresh­ness, fin­ish­ing long and savory.

2016 Santa Ynez Valley Grenache

The 2016 Grenache has a medi­um gar­net-pur­ple col­or and nose of baked cher­ries, black rasp­ber­ries and plum pre­serves with touch­es of Chi­nese five spice, cracked pep­per and sautéed herbs. Big, full-bod­ied and plush­ly tex­tured, the berry pre­serves and spice fla­vors deliv­er a full-throt­tle palate and long, pep­per-laced finish.

2015 Cuvee le Bec

A blend of 43% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 14% Mourvè­dre and 8% Counoise, the 2015 Cuvée le Bec has a medi­um gar­net-pur­ple col­or and is scent­ed of cher­ry pie, rasp­ber­ry pre­serves and spice cake with hints of pot­pour­ri, bak­ing spices and black pep­per. Full-bod­ied and deca­dent­ly fruit­ed in the mouth, the spicy red berry pre­serves fla­vors are well-framed by round­ed tan­nins and just enough fresh­ness, fin­ish­ing long and peppery.

Deep gar­net-pur­ple in col­or, the 2015 Syrah Purisi­ma Moun­tain Vine­yard opens with vio­lets, dark choco­late and pep­pered sala­mi notes over a core of warm black­ber­ries and black cher­ries, plus a touch of tar. Big, full-bod­ied and rich­ly fruit­ed in the mouth, it has a sol­id back­bone of firm, round­ed tan­nins and a long spicy/​savory finish.
