Good Life Report: The Real Rosé Season Starts Now
Posted: Mar 28, 2019
Since our first vintage of Rosé in 1995, we have always strived to create a wine in the mold of a great Tavel Rosé. Our Rosé is crafted from grapes which are grown and harvested specifically for the Rosé wine; it is not a made from juice bled off our red fermenters. There is a big difference in this method because instead of manipulating the bleed off juice into Rosé wine we can harvest grapes with the proper flavor profile, acidity and potential alcohol for Rosé wine.
We were elated to see our 2018 PMV Grenache Rosé selected as a recommendation in the Good Life Report’s The Real Rosé Season Starts Now article. Whit Cook makes a couple of great points about buying Rosé and we encourage you to read his article (with a glass of Rosé in hand, of course)!
